exclusive dental suites is a unique dental community with short or long term leases available to dedicated professionals interested in growing their practice in the most state-of-the art environment available to dentists today.

2. who is eds right for? exclusive dental suites works for a variety of doctors including those who are:

• starting your own practice but do not have the patients or financial resources

• remodeling your current practice and need a place to practice until your office is completed
• selling your practice and would like a practice facility to continue to work a day or two a week
• wanting to get out of the hassle of maintaining your existing facility

3. how many operatories do we have available?

you get to decide what works best for your needs:  – 1 operatory one day a week or 10 operatories 7seven days a week and everything  in between! we have nine fully-equipped dental suites plus one surgical suite available.

4. can i rent/lease an operatory one day a week for 6 months?

yes you can! we have daily, weekly and monthly rates for one or more operatories. we customize every lease to your preferences to make sure that you are practicing the way you have always wanted to!

5. how soon can i start practicing?

you can start practicing as soon as the lease is signed. there are no holding periods or hidden catches – day 1 is the first day of your new practice!

6. where is exclusive dental suites located?

7. i’m starting my own practice. is exclusive dental suites the right place?

absolutely! some of the benefits of exclusive dental suites to a doctor starting his or her first practice are:

• you don’t have to buy costly dental equipment. our equipment is new and under warranty.
• other available dental-related amenities that are onsite include: digital radiography, dental laboratory, dental education center for case consultation, dentrix patient based system, full equipped sterilization room, patient consultation room – all right in the same building!
• we cover the salary of a receptionist so that you can maximize your dental dollars across expenses that are specific to your practice.
• don’t worry about general office equipment. we also have office/administrative features onsite including: copy machine, fax machine, multi-line phone system, office space and supplies.
• convenient garage parking available in the building.

8. this sounds great! when can i come and see the facility?

we’d love to show you around! call us to schedule a tour at 1 877-374-3371. we are available monday-friday from 7am-7pm. we understand that a doctor’s schedule can be hectic so we can make special arrangements for other times as well – we’re here on your time!

9. can i sell my patient base?

yes you can. this, like all major decision of your dental practice, is up to you. if you decide to not continue your lease, a new leaser will have to renegotiate the lease with exclusive dental suites –and you decide what to do with your patient base.

10. do you have nitrous line?

we currently do not have one but you can provide your own portable unit.
